Meet Divine Dentistry

Katie Moyer, DVM is the owner of Divine Dentistry.

She attended vet school at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, graduating in 2009.

She practiced emergency and critical care in Melbourne, Australia for 3 years, then completed a specialty internship at Tufts Cummings Veterinary School.

Dr. Moyer has been pursuing her love of dentistry since 2013, and practices exclusively dentistry and surgery.

The practice is named for Divine, her hearing service dog — the inspiration behind Divine Dentistry.

Because you want the best

Many veterinarians feel rushed while doing dentistry and struggle to fit it between appointments — and not all vets have extra training in dentistry.

At Divine Dentistry we are dedicated to dentistry, and never have to hurry or worry about other things. We provide photographic reports of your pet’s dental procedure so you understand exactly what was going on in their mouth and how each problem was treated.

Because we come to you

No need to take time off work or fight traffic to a distant clinic. Your pet can remain comfortable in your home until we are ready to see them, and be discharged directly into your hands. House calls are ideal for pets and owners with anxiety.

Preanesthetic examination and bloodwork with your regular veterinarian are required for all patients. If your pet has significant anxiety or aggression that makes that impossible, contact us to discuss accommodations.

Named for Divine

After meningitis at 18 months of age, Dr. Moyer lost more than 80% of her hearing. Divine was her hearing service dog — matched through the San Francisco Hearing Dog Program in 2005. Divine alerted her to sounds she could not hear, kept her going through veterinary school, and is the inspiration behind Divine Dentistry. Divine passed away in April 2020 at the age of 16.
